At Maddie & Izzy we value our customers and strive to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases. We happily accept returns or exchanges within 10 days after shipping date. If a product must be returned it will be a buyer's expense, unless it is due to a mistake on the part of Maddie & Izzy. If we are covering the return cost of shipping, we will email a receipt within 48 hours. All returned products must be in original packaging, unworn, and with tags attached.
Products that have been personalized will not be accepted for return. Should Maddie & Izzy happen to make a mistake, we will happily fix it. If the wrong monogram is requested by the buyer and processed, the item cannot be accepted for return. Please make sure when ordering that you request the correct letters, colors, and sizes.
